The loading sleeve is one of the important pieces of equipment in the fluid loading and unloading process across various industries, primarily used for loading bulk materials into trains, tankers, trucks, tank trucks, etc. 

Basic Composition:
The loading sleeve consists of a feed chute, central cylinder, hopper barrel, plug, elastic suspension mechanism, telescopic dust cover, level sensor, and control system.

Feed Chute: A simple feeding device. Material enters the hopper barrel through the chute;

Hopper Barrel: Comes in various forms. The damping-type hopper barrel effectively reduces dust emission. Its top cover is connected to the outer wall of the central cylinder via a flexible connection, and its lower end features a conical discharge outlet;

Plug: Fixed inside the inner cavity of the hopper barrel. When material is present in the hopper barrel, the material flow exits through the annular gap between the outer periphery of the plug and the conical discharge outlet;

Elastic Suspension Mechanism: Elastically suspends the hopper barrel below the fixed support frame. When the material in the hopper barrel is depleted, the elastic suspension mechanism lifts the hopper barrel, and the conical discharge outlet is sealed by the plug;

Telescopic Dust Cover: The upper end wraps around the outer periphery of the hopper barrel, while the lower end covers the material column and extends into the vehicle compartment, providing wind and dust protection.

Level Sensor: Detects the loading status in real-time and automatically stops operation when full.

Control System:

Provides stable and reliable operation modes, allowing free selection between fully automatic or manual operation.

Features automatic recognition and provides safe operational protection. If an operator mistakenly presses the automatic operation button when there is no transport vehicle below the loading sleeve or the vehicle height is insufficient, the loading sleeve initiates a protection program and automatically stops operation.

Working Principle:

During loading, when the vehicle compartment reaches directly below the loading sleeve, the hoist releases the steel cable, allowing the lower end of the telescopic dust cover to rest inside the compartment.

The discharge gate is opened, and material flows from the feed chute into the hopper barrel. The hopper barrel descends, and material exits through the annular gap between the conical discharge outlet and the plug, forming a material column between the conical discharge outlet and the vehicle compartment. The telescopic dust cover wraps around the outer periphery of the material column, preventing dust escape and ensuring loading safety.

The lower port of the telescopic dust cover is equipped with a level sensor that detects the loading height. It automatically controls the height of the telescopic dust cover based on the material level. Initially, the lower port of the telescopic dust cover is lowered to the lower limit position, and the gate is opened to release material. When the level sensor contacts the material, it outputs a signal, and the hoist retracts the steel cable, pulling the lower port of the telescopic dust cover upward. After rising to a preset time (adjustable), it stops, and this process repeats.

When the telescopic dust cover reaches the upper limit position, the vehicle is moved, and the telescopic dust cover is lowered again to the lower limit position. The level control process is repeated, ultimately achieving automated loading control.

9. Short loading time, high loading capacity, and high fill rate, reaching up to 96%.

10. High loading efficiency. Depending on the vehicle's load capacity, loading time ranges from 5 to 15 minutes, with a loading accuracy of up to 0.2%.

Application Scope: Suitable for loading or ship loading of non-corrosive, low-abrasive powdered and granular materials in industries such as building materials, power, metallurgy, coal, and chemical.
